The Lang Lang International Music Foundation hosted its bi-annual fundraising gala on March 4th 2026 in New York City, celebrating the Foundation’s mission to inspire and cultivate the next generation of musicians through innovative programs and exceptional educational opportunities. The Lang Lang and Friends Fundraising Gala was a truly memorable evening celebrating music, philanthropy, and the transformative power of music.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce the highly esteemed Professor Alexandre Moutouzkine as the newest Artistic Advisor of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation.

This year’s Season of Excellence international piano competition, held at the UK Steinway Hall of London, was a collaborative event joining Keys of Inspiration and the Manhattan Music and Arts Foundation.

Keys of Inspiration Programming Generates over $68 Million Dollars in Annual Value to School Communities. With over 100 Keys of Inspiration schools in the United States and Europe, these programs generate monumental savings to families and school communities in saved private piano lesson fees.

This school year, a new cohort of Keys of Inspiration schools will receive TheONE Smart Piano Classroom for 2025 – 2026.

Following an inspiring week in Cleveland, the Young Scholars traveled to their final stop of the summer: the renowned Interlochen Center for the Arts in northern Michigan, where they took part in a one-of-a-kind piano academy from June 14–20.

In May 2025, the Lang Lang International Music Foundation launched the Global Piano Academy of Young Scholars with a one-week residency in Beijing, China.

Our Young Scholars are looking forward to a summer immersed in music with the launch of our 2025 Summer Music Academies.

On Friday, September 20, 2024, the LLIMF hosted a special event at the Boston Arts Academy, uniting over 400 students from their Keys of Inspiration program.

The 101 Pianists® concert on May 3, 2024, held at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland as part of a special event organized by the Lang Lang International Music Foundation.
