Lang Lang, the Foundation’s employees, and the Foundation itself will never solicit donations directly from individuals via email, the Foundation’s Instagram account, the Foundation’s Facebook account, or any other means of communication. If you receive such a solicitation of funds, do not transfer any money because the source of the solicitation is likely fraudulent. Instead, please report this solicitation to info@langlangfoundation.org and to the authorities at the FTC’s website and/or the website for your state consumer protection office.
If you believe you may have transferred money to a person fraudulently posing as Lang Lang, the Foundation’s employees, or the Foundation itself, please contact your financial institution immediately. The Foundation is not responsible and unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will recover the money wrongfully transferred. The Foundation assumes no legal liability for any illegal activity related to unlawfully transferred funds.
