After discovering the power of the arts at a young age, Ariela Rossberg devoted herself to the pursuit and exploration of creativity.
As a child, she often found herself in the music room at school, exploring the sounds and beauty of the piano. She grew up immersed in the world of theatre, and music always played a role. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The Pennsylvania State University, she set out in the world to make art and make change.
After graduating, she worked at The Metropolitan Opera as a Fundraising Representative. The following summer, a creative workshop with a former professor changed her life. She immersed herself in the study of the creative process, and wrote her debut children’s book, The Gray Days. After its release in September 2012, it maintained a place on Amazon’s Best-Seller List for Children’s Books for several weeks. She began to offer creative workshops in classrooms, and it was there that she discovered her passion for the development and application of creative programming for children. She designed an Imagination Workshop for students, which she has led in over fifty classrooms and several children’s hospitals.
She then spent two years traveling, writing, and hosting literary events. During this time, she discovered the need for arts education as a means of offering young people an outlet of expression, and of bridging cultural gaps. She is dedicated to providing creative opportunities for children, and believes in the power and universality of music.
Ms. Rossberg is immensely proud to be part of The Lang Lang International Music Foundation, where she can work to make a difference in the lives of children.

After graduating from the University of Westminster, Oli was discovered and picked up by legendary music producer Cameron Mcvey (Massive Attack, Portishead, Neneh Cherry).
Cameron set up a studio for Oli in his North London home where he lived and worked on his skills across production, bringing in a wide range of artists for collaborations and artistic development.
After only a year, Oli branched out to create a setup of his own and was soon hired to manage the social media on The X Factor representing the 16 finalists, including global superstars Little Mix. He then went on to work in both studio environments working with artists on creative and artist development, predominantly under renowned A&R consultant Felix Howard (Calvin Harris, Lana Del Ray), as well as in social and digital marketing with agencies such as Charm Factory and long-time collaborator Be-Hookd Digital. Past and present artists include Lang Lang, Jamie Cullum, The Script, Tinie Tempah, and Sean Paul, as well as record labels such as Sony Music, Warner Music, Deutsche Grammophon, Island Records, and Decca.
Oli has also created and ran a series of highly successful live music, fashion, and networking events across London, including a two year run with Qbic Sessions in the East End’s creative hotspot of Shoreditch.

After launching and running a successful Keys of Inspiration Piano Lab program in the Boston Public School system, Dan has joined the LLIMF as the Education Associate, bringing many years of teaching and professional development experience from across the country to support our KOI teachers and our students.
Dan became a performing musician at a very young age, and has never looked back. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, he moved to New York City where he took to the rock, country, blues, and jazz recording and touring scenes. After deciding to take on two private students, his roster soon grew to 42, and he realized there was another element to his calling in music; teaching.
After obtaining a Masters in Music Education from Boston University, Dan went on to teach at various schools across the country, most recently for seven years at Dever Elementary in Boston Public Schools. It was here that he experienced what he describes as his ideal music classroom; an LLIMF KOI piano lab. “People would sometimes ask me what my ideal music classroom would look like, and I was able to say “We’re standing in it.”
Dan is bringing over twenty years of music education pedagogy and professional development experience to KOI. He is so very excited to share KOI Lab best practices, curriculum, community outreach and engagement strategies, technology integration, and so much more.
“I used to dream about going out into other KOI programs in Boston to share out best practices, piano and music curricular and pedagogical concepts, and more. To do this for the entire KOI LLIMF network? I could never take more pride in any other opportunity. What a joy!”
