At the Lang Lang International Music Foundation®, we strive to educate, inspire, and motivate the next generation of music lovers and performers. Our unique programs encourage music performance at all levels as a means of social and emotional development for today’s youth. By igniting a child’s passion for music, we are helping children worldwide aim for a better future.

Schools

With KOI, we give selected schools:

  • permanent piano lab with 20-30 state-of-the-art electric Roland pianos,
  • musical curriculum written in collaboration with The Royal Conservatory of Music,
  • supplemental training and ongoing support for the music teachers,
  • access to the Keys of Inspiration® Educators Network
  • access to Big Ear Games – our official music learning partner app

School Selection Criteria:

  • Title 1 School
  • 75% minimum enrollment in Free/Reduced Lunch Program

We believe that by encouraging music study in the public school setting, we are laying the groundwork for a brighter tomorrow.

Our Teachers:

All Keys of Inspiration® teachers are talented music educators, and receive additional Professional Development opportunities through KOI. Each summer, our teachers gather for the annual Keys of Inspiration Conference, which is designed to meet their needs as group piano instructors. Teachers have the opportunity to explore what it means to teach group piano, and discover how to use the state-of-the-art technology that makes up their lab. This collaborative workshop creates a unique community of teachers who are not only dedicated to changing the world with music.

We believe that a quality music education starts with the teacher, and our goal is to make sure that our educators have all the necessary tools to successfully implement this program.

  • Sassarini Elementary is thrilled to have Keys of Inspiration on our site! Keys of Inspiration is providing both the school and our students with a sense of identity in our community, a fine arts education and an experience that our student body won’t get anywhere else. I have a personal vision that Sassarini will grow to also offer an engineering lab which would compliment our amazing Keys program allowing Sassarini to present our community with both a fine arts and science themed experience, kindergarten through 5th grade!

Our district, though small by comparison, offers a rich array of electives across the Kinder through 12th grade spectrum. Having worked at Sonoma Valley High School for 6 years as a vice principal and overseeing our elective programs I am thrilled to now offer a program that aligns so well with our performing arts electives at the secondary level. I look forward to building a relationship with secondary students and teachers to come visit and work with our youngsters. Without Keys of Inspiration, these experiences would not have been realized or a reality.

  • High Tech Elementary Explorer is an independent public school, founded in 2000, which serves 350 children in grades K-5 who are enrolled by lottery from throughout San Diego.

Explorer’s mission is to develop critical thinkers who are caring, confident and lifelong learners in a diverse community that is sensitive to the needs of each child. Academic studies at Explorer take the form of projects, which engage students in research, content learning, field studies, and exhibitions. During project work, students engage in challenging and open-ended questions that are important to them and to the adult world. Students’ work culminates in products and presentations that have an authentic audience, often beyond the school’s walls. Explorer teachers seek out student passions in order to design rich learning experiences, both in content and in social and emotional interactions. Explorer students see school as a place where they can ask big questions, where they can collaborate and create, and where they work to change the world.

Their newly built Piano Lab makes Explorer one of newest additions to Keys of Inspiration™, where 120 students participate in classes twice a week. Piano teacher, Ms. Ung, is looks forward to providing the musical tools students need in order to discover a passion and enjoyment in creating music. She believes that music is a language, and her goal is to enable students to tap into this language for self-expression, self-discovery, as well as the awareness of their community by making music together–something that is unique to group lessons. She hopes to build a solid foundation for students to explore and launch off of in their own journey and development.

  • James H. Bright/J.W. Johnson Elementary School is very excited to be a recipient of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation Keys of Inspiration Grant.

Our school has an enrollment of 600 Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade students and over 100 of those students are in the Autism Spectrum Disorder program. All our students will certainly benefit from the new piano lab because this will help them develop language and reasoning skills, improve their ability to memorize, provide a sense of achievement, promote creativity through hands-on activities, learn about other cultures, and promote diversity.

James H. Bright/J.W. Johnson Elementary is a Title I school. The neighborhood surrounding the educational center is an area with socio-economic barriers and school attendance is an issue. The new piano lab will also help motivate students to want to come to school regularly, thus, their attendance and academics will improve, while having the opportunity to play and compose music on the piano and acquire musical skills.

We have a very enthusiastic and talented music teacher at James H. Bright/J.W. Johnson Elementary School who inspires students to love and appreciate music. Our students enjoy attending music class because the teacher makes every child feel that he/she can sing, play an instrument, and be inspired by music. The new piano lab will have a significant impact on the community because it will enable our students to be afforded the opportunity to receive piano instruction at the school site and to appreciate how inspiring it is to create live music while learning.

  • Treasure Island Elementary School is located in the heart of North Bay Village, Florida.

It is a beautiful school surrounded by lush palm trees and the blue waters of Biscayne Bay. Our school is a Title I school serving a diverse population of 577 students from Prekindergarten through fifth grade. A large majority of our students are English Language Learners (ELL) and are enrolled in free/reduced lunch program. Additionally, our school is a member of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programmer (PYP). At our school we are extremely fortunate to have a dynamic and supportive administration, a dedicated faculty and staff, caring parents and an active PTA.

The mission of our school is to develop internationally minded, independent, healthy, lifelong learners by creating a global community where teachers, students, staff and families are actively engaged in encouraging one another to positively impact the world in unity and peace. Our vision is to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

Our diverse school community consists mostly of immigrant families, many of them facing financial hardships making it impossible for them to provide their children with enriching extra-curricular activities. The Keys of Inspiration Grant is a dream-come true for these families and students. This grant will provide a wonderful opportunity for our students to receive the high-quality and rigorous musical education they deserve and that most of their families cannot afford. Through the generosity of The Keys of Inspiration Grant we will be able to assist all of our students in achieving, not only in music, but in their overall academics and social performance.

  • “When the world is silent, music speaks”
    Author unknown

The gift of piano music is coming to Hialeah, Florida. Palm Springs Elementary, a Miami-Dade County Public School, is proud to announce it has been chosen as a recipient of the Lang Lang Keys of Inspiration Piano Lab Grant. This grant will give all our students – a diverse body of nearly 600 Pre-Kindergarten through 5th graders – a new opportunity to explore the beauty of music and reap all its benefits and rewards.

Thanks to the Lang Lang International Music Foundation, the Keys of Inspiration (KOI) Program will provide a powerful fine arts springboard to set students’ minds and skills in motion, allowing them to discover and achieve their fullest potential. In addition to building skills in music literacy, expression and craftsmanship, KOI will nurture artistic growth and academic success, build character and support the developmental needs of our students. We are excited about its potential to reach and benefit all types of learners while giving equal opportunity to everyone. Just as music is made up of many melodies, our school is represented by children with a wide range of abilities with over half of our population consisting of English Language Learners and a tenth of Students with Disabilities.

Keys of Inspiration is an invaluable resource and spectacular addition to the music education program we are trying to build. Presently, our full-time music teacher, Ms. Butler, a former Broadway performer and local gospel singer, has crafted a multi-faceted journey of musical discovery that includes classes for all, a chorus group and a strings ensemble. Thanks to her instruction and the support of many faculty which share her passion, our children are able to proudly showcase their talents at school-sponsored events and community events throughout the city, including the Guajiro City Festival and the Superintendent’s annual Spring Concert. Continuing the tune of our success, this grant ensures increased opportunities for our students continued involvement in the local community and perhaps beyond. Indeed with the support of this partnership, our commitment to providing a well-rounded high quality educational program will be realized.

Until now, limited resources meant students had to audition for a rare and highly coveted spot in the Strings Ensemble to play a high quality instrument. Through the philanthropy of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation and the Keys of Inspiration Piano Lab Grant, every student in every class will get the opportunity to play a high quality instrument. We feel privileged and grateful. KOI is the perfect means to take our music education program to the next level, catapulting our students to new heights by multiplying the breadth of their creative exposure. Thanks to the grant, we will continue to pursue our vision of sparking a fire for learning, within the beacon of the arts, in an ever-broadening music program.

  • CICS Prairie is a premier K-8 urban charter school in Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood and part of the Chicago International Charter School network.

CICS Prairie is managed by Distinctive Schools, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and accelerating the work of charter schools serving kids from traditionally underserved backgrounds. The Keys Of Inspiration program has given our students at all levels within our community the opportunity to experience the gift of music through learning how to play the Piano. Our partnership with the Lang Lang Foundation allows us to not only serve our 2-5th graders, but also our middle school students through a Piano Elective offered by our Music teacher.

  • At CICS Bucktown, we work to inspire and support each child’s physical, social, emotional, and academic learning for success at school and beyond using blended learning with technology integrated into classrooms.

In alignment with the Distinctive Schools strategic plan, CICS Bucktown identifies Personalized Learning, Social-Emotional Learning, and Diverse Learning as primary lenses. Our strategies for personalized learning involve the improved and refined use of the Summit Learning Model. Goal setting conversations with students and parents take place regularly, and our classroom environments have been designed with flexible learning spaces in mind. Flexible learning environment practices have also been developed with new teachers and improved with returning teachers.

Our strategies for social-emotional learning involves students building strong relationships with adults in the building through mentoring, where students are encouraged to discuss academic reflection, habits of success and social emotional needs. Community or Advisory meeting time is built into every student’s daily schedule. Weekly grade level meetings provide time for staff to analyze behavioral data in order to identify trends and develop intentional plans for support. Our strategies for diverse learning involve schedules that are designed with structured collaborative planning time to ensure special education and general education teachers are able to plan lessons together. Our bilingual model is thriving for full-time EL students in K-2; teachers will receive additional training on the model.

Keys Of Inspiration is so important to our Bucktown community and we are very excited about it! Many of our students are unable to have pianos or take piano lessons. This gives them a unique opportunity to explore something that they might be passionate or really good at. With all of the influence on reading and math, we are very excited to be focusing time and energy on the arts, and in turn, giving our students an experience they will always remember. We may have some future pianists on our hands!

  • Music has the power to shape minds and change lives!

O’Keeffe School of Excellence is honored to implement the Keys of Inspirations program on the Southeast side of Chicago. We know that music has the power to transform the minds of our students. This program will provide them with opportunities that will shape their lives by introducing a new musical experience.

The Keys of Inspiration program will allow students to have an opportunity to learn the skill of playing the piano, which will improve brain function and leading to higher academic achievement in our community. It also offers our students the opportunity to be expressive, and possibly lead them into a career of continuing the legacy of music learning in the community.

  • William F. Finkl Academy is located in Chicago, IL and services children in the Little Village neighborhood.

    A. Finkl and Sons Co., now Finkl Steel, was founded by a German immigrant, Anton Finkl who developed a unique chisel designed to reclaim bricks from buildings destroyed in the Great Chicago Fire. This school is dedicated to the grandson and former president and chairman, William F. Finkl. Born and raised on Chicago’s industrial northside, William Finkl’s life exemplifies the opportunities available to young people who dedicate themselves to their education. Here at Finkl Academy, our mission to prepare our students to become literate, critical thinkers that are prepared for success in high school, college and careers. This will be accomplished by implementing a challenging curriculum aligned to the common core standards. We will foster academic growth and achievement using best instructional practices.

The Keys of Inspiration prides itself in encouraging piano performance at all levels as a means of social development for youth by providing students with a safe creative outlet in school. Through the KOI Program, “students build self-confidence, develop a drive for excellence, and uniquely cultivate a sense of group and individual achievement”. The Keys of Inspiration Program will provide a genuine, hands-on, and meaningful musical experience for our 2nd-5th grade cohort and beyond. Our students come from low socio-economic backgrounds of Little Village in Chicago where access to musical instruments are non-existent. The KOI Program will expose our students to musical enrichment and a relevant music curriculum, which we otherwise would not receive. Our children from these neighborhoods often worry about their personal and family well-being and safety, which takes away from their expectations of a quality school education. The KOI Program provides our Finkl scholars with a safe creative outlet to explore their musical and creative minds. Finkl scholars will learn musical literature, opening up avenues for performing in the school and sharing their talents with performance opportunities in the local community. The KOI Program will empower Finkl scholars to uncover those hidden talents and artistry who have yet to discover them. The Finkl community is filled with gratitude and thanks the Lang Lang International Music Foundation for the Keys of Inspiration Grant!

  • At our school, we believe that every child has the potential to become an active and participating member of our increasingly global society.

With this in mind, we strive to provide all students with experiences that will leave them with meaningful experiences. Every day, our teachers provide students with assignments that are meant to challenge their thinking. We want for our students to engage in active thinking so that they can learn to become problem solvers.

With that, we also want our students to learn how to work with others. Working together towards a common goal is one of the greatest ways to build relationships. Through the Lang Lang program, we feel that our students will have an opportunity to build lasting relationships with their fellow classmates. They will also have the chance to experience music on a whole different level. Through piano, they will learn what it means to be not just a musician, but a person.

  • School’s mission is to be a school that values and celebrates strong relationships between students, staff, families, and the community, and ensures that, through these relationships, students are guaranteed a rigorous academic experience, taught to believe in their ability to achieve and offered a wide range of enrichments to be fully prepared for success in college and career.

Orchard Gardens has been recognized by the Governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick and First Lady Michelle Obama for its rapid improvement, strong instructional focus, and commitment to arts integration.

Our students have demonstrated extraordinary academic growth in mathematics and English Language Arts over this time, ranking in the top 10% of all schools in Massachusetts in growth on the MCAS during this period.

The piano lab and KOI program at Orchard Gardens is important to our community because it helps us to fulfill our mission. Our commitment to arts integration for all students could not be realized without the support of partners who share our vision. Through KOI, hundreds of our students are exposed to piano instruction, allowing many of them to create a pathway to high schools and colleges focused on the arts. Furthermore, music instruction is especially effective with our English Language Learners, who are able to experience rapid progress in the arts as they word toward language and academic proficiency. KOI is central to our work, and it allows us to ensure that every child who passes through our doors is able to express themselves and envision a creative and successful future.

  • The Paul A. Dever Elementary School (Pre-K to grade 5 in the Boston Public School system) serves families from diverse cultural, economic, and linguistic backgrounds. With talented and committed teachers and leaders, individualized supports to meet students’ diverse learning needs, a supportive and caring learning environment, and a culture of high expectations for academic excellence, we ensure all students are prepared to succeed in college, careers, and beyond.

The Keys of Inspiration and the accompanying Lang Lang Piano Lab have come along at a most opportune time for our school; we recently launched a Boston Public School district-wide arts-integration initiative to support student learning across all grade levels, and throughout all subject/content areas. And while we believe that the study of music is in and of itself a worthwhile endeavor, we also know that the study of music, specifically a study of the piano, augments our students’ abilities in other academic areas as well, evinced in our student successes in and out of the Lang Lang Piano Lab.

We look forward to having the lab support both the emotional outlet needs, and the academic successes, for our students for many, many generations of Dever Dolphins to come!

  • The Chittick Elementary is a thriving, intimate school of just over 300 passionate, charismatic, eager young learners. Our school is located in the heart of the city of Boston where there is a high concentration of low-income families who strive to provide the absolute best opportunities for their children despite the numerous obstacles they face. Yet, we witness the resilience of our students daily.

We inspire, encourage, teach and reach young people who overcome while living in single-parent homes, foster care systems, and even in shelters. Some students have dealt with losing loved ones prematurely to violence; others endure extremely stressful family situations. Not every child’s story is one of grave detriment, but each child has a unique story to tell of how they rise to the challenge of learning in the face of adversity. In addition, we have a large population of autistic and inclusion students with a wide variety of needs and abilities. Music proves time and time again to be a valuable gift to all, giving every student a voice.

My students and I are in LOVE with music! Through it, we explore our past, challenge our present and blaze trails toward the bright future. Music is offered to all students at our school. To name a few, our musical explorations include singing songs of hope, dancing for joy, engaging in positive rap, songwriting and analyzing, playing various instruments, and learning the history behind songs that have shaped our world for the better. Simultaneously, we learn the mechanics of music theory and notation. Students can identify key elements in music while listening to and playing multiple genres.

Keys of Inspiration is a priceless jewel in our school community because it rings true to its name. It has brought inspiration, joy and new-found purpose to the lives of our young people. They are discovering gifts, talents, and possibilities they had no idea existed. A student who abhorred singing found their voice in learning the piano. KOI has expanded our horizons and made teaching just a bit easier. I say this because I began teaching at the Chittick school with no music room and no budget. I traveled door to door with one keyboard under my arm, a bag filled with a few percussion instruments, one or two books, stacks of personally-made theory handouts and a laptop with speakers. In efforts to teach just a few piano skills, I printed out 30 true-to-size pictures of one octave on the keyboard. I taught students the name of each white key along with proper hand position and 5-note scales by having them place their fingers on the paper. A few years later, we obtained 9 keyboards through a small DonorsChoose grant and students would share two and three kids to one piano. Today, I am proud to say that we have a fully dedicated music room filled with a state-of-the-art piano lab and a budget that will allow me to give our children access to top quality materials for a well-rounded music education. This is all thanks to Lang Lang’s vision. Thank you, KOI, for bringing immense joy and greater opportunities to the lives of countless young stars around the world!

  • Last week, we celebrated the opening of Irwin M. Jacobs Elementary School in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The state-of-the-art facility is named for our Board Director, @Dr. Irwin M. Jacobs, who will be honored alongside his wife, Joan Jacobs, as recipients of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award at our 10th Anniversary Gala this October!

Jacobs Elementary School was a 2017 recipient of our Keys of Inspiration piano lab, and the students have been thriving! Thanks to Dr. and Mrs. Jacobs for being such strong supporters of Keys of Inspiration, our partners at Roland for making this beautiful piano lab possible, Mayor Jon Mitchellfor helping us coordinate with New Bedford Public Schools, and theGRAMMY Music Education Coalition for joining us in the day’s activities, and catching these photos!

Irwin Jacobs Elementary School in New Bedford, Massachusetts, is an innovative community school invested in the development of the whole child. Our school focuses on the diverse learning styles and strengths of our students in a project-based learning environment. The students of Irwin Jacobs Elementary School are diverse, creative, and inspiring young musicians. We have three hundred seventy-three children, and most of our students do not receive outside music instruction, so the opportunity that Keys of Inspiration is presenting to my students is exceptional. When I surveyed my students earlier this year and asked what instrument they would like to learn, the majority of my students chose the piano. They did not even know they will be receiving a full piano lab! Keys of Inspiration will allow my students to have the foundation to experience a creative outlet that they can continue in their futures.

  • Boston Arts Academy (BAA) is a pilot school within the Boston Public Schools, and is the city’s only public high school for the visual and performing arts.

Serving over 440 students, all of whom reflect the diversity of Boston’s neighborhoods, BAA is charged with being a laboratory and a beacon for artistic and academic innovation. Their graduates exemplify the transformational power of the arts. BAA nurtures the collaborative, creative and culturally empathetic characteristics needed to respond to the challenges of the 21st Century. Educators, policy-makers, corporate leaders and activists from around the world come to BAA because they believe in the success of a strong arts-education model. Boston Arts Academy proudly prepares a diverse community of aspiring artist-scholars to be successful in their college or professional careers, and to be engaged members of a democratic society.

The Lang Lang Keys of Inspiration at Boston Arts Academy program has had a powerful and lasting impact on BAA. Before the establishment of the program, our school’s keyboards were out of date and in various states of disrepair. The Piano Lab donated by the Lang Lang International Music Foundation has greatly strengthened our music education program. The Lab is used by all 175 music students in music theory classes, which they take for two years. The Piano Lab is ideal for teaching note-reading, ear training, music dictation, sight singing, intervals, and scale construction. In the Lab, students are able to hear what particular notes and chord progressions sound like, which improves their technical skills and artistry. The Piano Lab has become an essential resource for developing well-rounded musicians who can perform comfortably in a range of musical styles.

We are incredibly grateful to the Lang Lang International Music Foundation for strengthening our music program, and for making it possible for our students to have access to high-quality instruments.

  • Wilson Avenue School is already in many ways one of the only schools in the Newark, New Jersey that embraces the performing arts as an integral part of its curriculum.

While schools across the country continue to cut the arts, and especially the performing arts, Wilson Avenue has allowed for the development of special programs within its robust music program. As our numbers have grown, so has involvement and appreciation of music. Our students have a desire to learn music and show their abilities to the community at large.

The Keys of Inspiration will allow our program to make leaps and bounds in developing music in our school, not just in growing the numbers of the students who benefit from the advantages that a sound musical education provides, but in the depth of knowledge and inclusion of younger students that a fully supported piano lab can provide. We are hopeful that the Keys of Inspiration influence and effect on our school will be dramatic, obvious, and permanent.

  • First Avenue School is a public school located on the northern ward of Newark. We serve a large population of students and provide them with a versatile education.

Students at First Avenue are given the opportunity to not only expand their knowledge in academic subjects, but are also provided many learning opportunities in both the visual and performing arts.

My students currently learn the fundamentals of music in a general music class. In middle school, they are able to choose an elective to further their learning and education in the arts. Having my students learn on keyboards and be able to experience music in that way will be priceless. My students will be able to hear their progress as they continue to learn musical notes and various songs.

This grant will allow my students to have access to instruments they would not have had before. Families and our school community will also be able to see and hear the progress students are making on the instruments and towards their individual music goals. Having keyboards here will also serve as a stepping stone for my students to learning the basics at an early age and then be able to continue playing an instrument as they get older. This could be a door opened for them as they go on to high school and beyond.

  • Southwark Elementary School Celebrates Keys of Inspiration Piano Lab!

Southwark Elementary School, in Philadelphia, celebrated the opening of their Keys of Inspiration piano lab on Tuesday, March 28th. The lab is a result of a partnership between the Lang Lang International Music Foundation and the School District of Philadelphia. After the ribbon cutting, students performed for their parents, community members and Philadelphia’s Mayor Kenny! The event featured a special performance by LLIMF Young Scholar Alumnus, Maxim Lando.

Southwark School is a diverse PreK – 8th Grade school with 790 students located in the heart of South Philadelphia. Within our population, we speak 7 major languages besides English, including Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Nepali, Khmer, Burmese, and Indonesian. Having recently been named as one of the first schools to become a community school through the Mayor’s Office of Education, Southwark is energized with new possibilities. Along with over 30 community partners, Southwark’s staff will continue to dream big for the students and families of our school.

With Southwark’s diverse population, music and art are amazing opportunities for our students to work together and communicate with a universal language. When you walk our hallways, artwork and classwork line the walls. We take pride in displaying the progress of our students, and during Mayor Kenney’s recent visit, we took advantage of the opportunity to perform in our new Piano Lab. By request of Mayor Kenney and his team, the children played a double encore with wide smiles. It is thanks to Lang Lang and his Keys for Inspiration grant that Southwark could employ a full-time music teacher with new pianos, delivering musical education to all of our students.

“My ultimate goal is for students to have a lifelong appreciation of music. So if they go into a voting booth and have to make a decision whether to keep or cut funding for music education, they vote to keep it. The piano lab is so important for their foundational music knowledge, to become whatever level of musician they want to be. Having 33 pianos in one room is a teacher’s dream and this wouldn’t be possible without Lang Lang. The students amaze me everyday.”

  • Music is what your soul sounds like.

The Hon. Luis Muñoz Marín Elementary school is a predominantly Hispanic school in the heart of North Philadelphia. Marín was opened in September of 1997, and has been in operation for 20 years. The mission of Marín is to focus on educating the whole child, by challenging the students to grow mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and artistically. Marín scholars are exposed to many forms of culture, and art forms.

KOI has given Marin the tools to truly and effectively complete our mission, so this partnership is something vital to our everyday school life. In the short time that we have had the lab, it has completely shifted the culture in the arts, and in the school as a whole.

Engagement, instruction, and climate have been positively impacted due to this magnificent program. Is KOI import to your school culture? Absolutely

  • Francis Scott Key serves a diverse student body of 470 students in grades K-6 with over 20 languages spoken by our students in the heart of South Philadelphia.

Over 50% of our student population are English Language Learners and Key school was built in 1889 and is the oldest continuously occupied public school in Philadelphia. We serve the Lower Moyamensing community in South Philadelphia and many of our families are from Mexico, Cambodia, Burma, Bhutan, Nepal, Vietnam, and Congo. We have a full time music teacher and a growing music program as well as instrumental music being taught once a week at the school.

Students bring their rich experiences from their countries and we want to use that as a leverage to build a strong music program that reflects the history of our school and the diversity in our community.

KOI is important to the Key School Community because many of them come as refugees or newly arrived immigrants and having an opportunity to learn how to play the piano, would be such a wonderful experience for them, that they would otherwise could not afford. The Keys of Inspiration will give my students a platform to be creative, cultivate self-confidence, and provide all students access to classical music through piano lessons. With over 20 languages spoken at my school, music is the one common thread that brings everyone together and it truly is a universal language.
