Our small, but mighty team
As a child, she often found herself in the music room at school, exploring the sounds and beauty of the piano. She grew up immersed in the world of theatre, and music always played a role. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from The Pennsylvania State University, she set out in the world to make art and make change.
After graduating, she worked at The Metropolitan Opera as a Fundraising Representative. The following summer, a creative workshop with a former professor changed her life. She immersed herself in the study of the creative process, and wrote her debut children’s book, The Gray Days. After its release in September 2012, it maintained a place on Amazon’s Best-Seller List for Children’s Books for several weeks. She began to offer creative workshops in classrooms, and it was there that she discovered her passion for the development and application of creative programming for children. She designed an Imagination Workshop for students, which she has led in over fifty classrooms and several children’s hospitals.
She then spent two years traveling, writing, and hosting literary events. During this time, she discovered the need for arts education as a means of offering young people an outlet of expression, and of bridging cultural gaps. She is dedicated to providing creative opportunities for children, and believes in the power and universality of music.
Ms. Rossberg is immensely proud to be part of The Lang Lang International Music Foundation, where she can work to make a difference in the lives of children.
She is a graduate from the University at Albany where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication, with a minor in Business and Korean in May, 2015.
As the Program Manager, she oversees the Young Scholars Program, Summer Music Summit, and all other unique music events. She works as the main coordinator and outreach with other organizations such as the Midwest Young Artist Conservatory, Oxford Philomusica Piano Festival and Leeds International Piano Competition; organizing schedules and activities for all our Young Scholars to participant in.
Ms. Lau is thrilled to be part of the Lang Lang International Music Foundation. Her deep appreciation in the nonprofit sector inspires her to give back and to create more empowering opportunities for those in need, and become a support system for the up and rising young pianists all over the world.
She is former CNNMoney Switzerland TV Anchor and worked as Senior Business Reporter for Chinese state broadcaster CGTN (China Global Television Network) in Beijing. Before that, she was Reuters Economy Correspondent for the Gulf Arab region in Dubai and Reuters Financial TV Producer in London.
Ms. Fuchs holds a Master in International Economic History from the University in Geneva, a Postgraduate Diploma in TV Journalism from the American University in Cairo, and a Master of Science in Global Finance (MSGF) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and the New York University (NYU) Stern Business School.

Ms. Fuchs is also International Advisor for the St. Gallen Symposium and has been selected as a “Leader of Tomorrow”.
Even though Ms. Fuchs is an absolute piano beginner and only knows to play the flute, she is immensely passionate about helping children around the world gain access to music education and inspire the next generation of musicians.
She first became acquainted with the Lang Lang International Music Foundation® in 2018 during a CNNMoney Switzerland TV interview with Lang Lang and a concert performed by the Young Scholars.
