U.S. and Canadian Young Scholars Join Renowned Music Educators for Intensive Masterclasses in New York.

Young scholars from the U.S. and Canada recently gathered for two days of intensive masterclasses at the Kaufman Music Center in New York, led by distinguished music educators Alan Chow, Chair of the Piano Department at the Eastman School of Music, and Veda Kaplinsky, Chair of the Piano Department at the Juilliard School.

This unique event provided an invaluable opportunity for these talented young musicians to deepen their studies with guidance from two of the field’s most respected experts. Beyond the masterclasses, participants also enjoyed the chance to connect during their free time, culminating in a memorable Lunar New Year Celebration Dinner.
