Lang Lang, the Foundation’s employees, and the Foundation itself will never solicit donations directly from individuals via email, the Foundation’s Instagram account, the Foundation’s Facebook account, or any other means of communication. If you receive such a solicitation of funds, do not transfer any money because the source of the solicitation is likely fraudulent. Instead, please report this solicitation to info@langlangfoundation.org and to the authorities at the FTC’s website and/or the website for your state consumer protection office.

If you believe you may have transferred money to a person fraudulently posing as Lang Lang, the Foundation’s employees, or the Foundation itself, please contact your financial institution immediately. The Foundation is not responsible and unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will recover the money wrongfully transferred.     The Sound of Confidence

    Win a chance to work with the iconic multi-platinum and award-winning songwriter Guy Chambers!

    The Sound Of Confidence competition will be open to participants anywhere in the world between the ages of 16-25, with three winners being selected to visit and work with Guy in his London Studio – Sleeper Sounds (Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Frank Ocean, to name a few).

    We are proud to say that we have teamed up with our long-time partner Allianz, and the iconic British songwriter Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams, Tina Turner, Mark Ronson, Kylie Minogue) to discover, support, and mentor young new talent. The song-writing competition is open to participants all around the world, between the ages of 16-25, with three winners being selected to visit Guy in his London studio Sleeper Sounds, which has been home to the likes of Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Frank Ocean, just to name a few. The winners will finalise their tracks with the help of Guy Chambers’s expertise.

     

    The competition’s theme is called ‘Sound of Confidence’, and its goal is to encourage young creatives to take their talent seriously and be confident in their pursuit of their dreams and ambitions. The Foundation, together with Allianz, is stepping up their dedication to helping young artists and is striving to give young people around the world the resources and opportunities to realize their goals and ambitions. The central idea is that confidence comes from preparation, and that preparation can bring about the best possible outcome.

     

    How it works

    Guy Chambers has released an original and exclusive piano piece available for free download via the below link. Musicians, artists, and producers are now free to interpret in any way they like; adding vocals, adding new instruments, remixing it, it’s all totally open to interpretation. Once you have recorded or filmed your submission, you can submit your entry via the form below on the and Guy and the foundation will pick 3 winners.
